Abstract

Книга містить діалектні тексти про хліб, записані в 175 н.пп. Вінницької області впродовж 2013-2026 рр. за спеціальною програмою про особливості номінації та обрядове використання різних хлібобулочних виробів, традиційних у кухні подолян: хліб, паска, бабка, книш, калачі, коровай, жевни та ін. Тексти розміщено за принципом матриці: на кожне питання програми подано всі відповіді, записані в говірках різних н.пп., що дозволило максимально повно змоделювати феномен хліба як мовне та культурне явище в діалектному просторі Вінниччини. Більшість транскрибованих текстів супроводжують аудіозаписи говіркового мовлення, удоступнені через поданий QR-код. Для діалектологів, етнолінгвістів, етнографів і всіх, кого цікавить подільський говір та нематеріальна культурна спадщина подолян.

The book contains dialect texts about bread, recorded in 175 localities of Vinnytsia region of Ukrainian during 2013-2026. A special program was dedicated to the peculiarities of the nomination and ceremonial use of various bakery products traditional in the cuisine of Podolia: bread, paska, babka, knysh, kalachi, korovai, zhevny, etc. The texts are arranged according to the matrix principle: for each question of the program, all the answers recorded in the dialects of different localities are given. It allowed to model the phenomenon of bread as a linguistic and cultural phenomenon in the dialect space of Vinnytsia as fully as possible. Most of the transcribed texts are accompanied by audio recordings of speakers, due to the provided QR code. For dialectologists, ethnolinguists, ethnographers and everyone interested in the Podolian dialect and the intangible cultural heritage of the Podolians.
