Модель формування економічної культури молодших спеціалістів техніків-електриків у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано теоретичні основи й описано модель формування економічної культури молодших спеціалістів техніків-електриків у процесі фахової підготовки. Зазначено, що педагогічне моделювання визначає перспективність створення того або іншого педагогічного засобу, спрямованого на розв’язання одного або декількох завдань сучасної педагогічної практики.

The article substantiates the theoretical foundations and describes the model of formation of economic culture of junior specialists-electricians in the process of professional training. It is noted that pedagogical modeling determines the prospects of creating a particular pedagogical tool that provides solutions to one or more problems of modern pedagogical practice. The model reflects the dialectical unity of traditional and innovative components that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of economic culture of junior specialists in electrical engineering in the process of professional training. To determine the meaningful component of the model, an idea was formed about what knowledge and skills will be used by future electrical engineers. The formation of the economic culture of junior specialists-electricians takes place in the developing educational environment. Component models of formation of economic culture of junior specialists-electricians in the process of professional training provide a new system of relations between all objects of educational process. This is primarily: expanding the freedoms and opportunities of students to choose activities; adherence to the principles of pedagogy of cooperation and pedagogical support; expansion of the system of joint activity of all subjects of the process of professional training; introduction of a system of contractual relations; creating a psychological climate of mutual respect and trust, etc. Important structural components of the model are the criteria and levels of formation of economic culture of junior specialists-electricians. These components are aimed at determining the quality and effectiveness of the formation of economic culture of students. The choice of criteria is determined by such factors as the market, entrepreneurial activity, the relationship between the state and the individual, the professional culture of the modern specialist.
