Активність національних організацій етнічних меншин України наприкінці 80-х – на початку 90-х років ХХ ст.

Abstract

В переважній більшості держав ЄС проживають численні національні та мовні меншини. Рівень державної підтримки та уваги національним інтересам щодо усіх спільнот демонструє показник політичного плюралізму. Не менш вагомим є ініціативність етнічних меншин інтегруватися в процеси суспільної активності. Україна підписала низку договорів з ЄС пов’язаних із захистом прав національних меншин, а система захисту та інклюзії етнічних спільнот вимагає їх більш ґрунтовного вивчення, зокрема досвіду вітчизняного минулого та ефективних міжнародних практик з цій сфері. Це корисно не лише для європейського курсу, але й для гарантій стабільності в такій багатонаціональній державі як Україна

Many national and linguistic minorities live in the vast majority of EU countries. The level of state support and attention to national interests for all communities is an indicator of political pluralism. No less important is the initiative of ethnic minorities to integrate into the processes of social activity. Ukraine has signed many agreements with the EU related to the protection of the rights of national minorities, and the system of protection and inclusion of ethnic communities requires a more thorough study of them, in particular the experience of its own history and effective international practices in this area. This is useful not only for the European course, but also for guarantees of stability in such a multinational state as Ukraine.
