Особливості вивчення основ промислової робототехніки при підготовці вчителів трудового навчання та технологій

Abstract

Статтю присвячено питанням вивчення основ промислової робототехніки при підготовці вчителів трудового навчання та технологій. Змістовне наповнення опирається перш за все на структуру промислових роботів, принципи їхньої роботи, особливості використання в сучасних технологічних процесах, конструкцію приводів, основних пристроїв та систем. Зазначено, що в основу конструювання промислових роботів закладені принципи, які мають універсальний характер, а природні явища, фізичні ефекти, силові фактори та фізико-механічні властивості матеріалів, які використовуються при експлуатації роботів, мінімізують витрати часу, сил, енергії та фінансових ресурсів. Загалом вивчення питань промислової робототехніки дозволяє ознайомити майбутніх фахівців із сучасним етапом розвитку промислового виробництва та показати ефективність застосування досягнень науки в процесі розробки та експлуатації промислових роботів.

The article is devoted to studying the fundamentals of industrial robotics in the training of handicrafts teachers. Today, industrial robots as automatic machines with software control, which are used in the production process to perform motor functions similar to those of humans, are a separate class of machines and an important component of modern industrial production. At the same time, they consist of relatively simple devices and systems that are widely used in other industries. The study of the fundamentals of industrial robotics is based primarily on the structure of industrial robots, their operational concept, special aspects of their use in modern processes, and the design of drives of the main devices and systems. When studying the fundamentals of industrial robotics, it is important to realize that the principles behind the design of industrial robots (the modular and the building-block principles) are universal and successfully used in other industries and non-material production. It is also important to realize that the design of robotic systems actively uses natural phenomena, physical effects, force factors and physical and mechanical properties of materials, which increase the efficiency of industrial robots and minimize the cost of time, effort, energy and financial resources. At the same time, it does not adversely impact the effectiveness of solving tasks. In general, the study of industrial robotics allows future handicrafts teachers to familiarize themselves with the current stage of development of industrial production, to see the effective use of scientific achievements in the development and operation of industrial robots. This study can be part of the "Fundamentals of industrial production" course or, if necessary, can be expanded to a separate academic discipline. The acquired knowledge will be useful for future handicrafts teachers both in terms of effective application of the acquired knowledge in the organization of the educational process, and in extracurricular work, particularly in organizing the work of arts and crafts.
