Роль професійних якостей у формуванні культурологічно компетентності майбутніх медичних сестер

Abstract

У статті порушено проблему формування культурологічної компетентності медичних сестер. Визначено професійні якості медичної сестри та їх впли на формування культурологічної компетентності. Виокремлено завданням для викладачів медичних навчальних закладів, які передбачають залучення студентів до культурних цінностей, переведення їх на рівень провідних індивідуальних орієнтирів, реальних регуляторів фахової діяльності майбутньої медичної сестри.

There is the problem of nurse’s cultural competence formation is violated in the article. It is determined, that strengthening of nurses’ professional training is the main aim of medical educational modernization, which would be able to scientifically grounded preventive realization, medical and rehabilitation measures, which relate to the nursing competence for ensuring the preservation and health strengthening of the population as a whole, optimal level of the patients’ care, renewal of working capacity. The aim of the article is to determine the professional qualities of nurses and their importance at culturological competence formation.The work of national scientists, who are competent to understand the integrated characteristic of personality qualities, the result of training of graduates to perform activity in certain areas (competences). It is found out that the part of future nurse professional competence is culturological competence, which is studied as a set of knowledge about culture in a wide and narrow sense of this word, which allows define the whole picture of the world and show the academic discipline value for this picture clarifying. It determines the person’ place in the world and ways of the world changing. Due to reforming of the industry, expansion and qualitative change of the medical aid system, introduction of new technologies, methods of diagnosis and treatment, nurse is a specialist with professional education. She shares the philosophy of nursing, has the right to fulfillment of the appropriate professional activity and creatively carries out the nursing process, and skillfully transform the new knowledge into professional skills. The result of culturological competence formation, future nurses, should become a skill to produce a new model of historical and socio-cultural identity, new ways of development, formation of a new type of spirituality, growth Information and cultural opportunities, overcoming the overall crisis of ethical culture. Main professional qualities of nurses are defined by observance of the principle "preservation of the medical secrecy"; competence and integrity; honesty and decency; ethics in relationships with doctors; compassion and empathy.
