Еволюція топонімів як наслідок соціально-політичних змін у суспільстві (регіональний аспект)

Abstract

У дослідженні розглянуто суспільно-політичні умови еволюції топонімів України. Проаналізовано правові основи регулювання відносин та діяльності, пов’язаних із встановленням назв географічних об’єктів, їх унормуванням, обліком, реєстрацією, використанням і збереженням географічних назв. Встановлені етапи зміни топонімічної палітри й простежено мотиви перейменувань топонімів на загальнодержавному й регіональному рівнях. Виявлено загальні закономірності і регіональні особливості зміни географічних назв. Відзначено характерні особливості й загальні тенденції у формуванні топонімічної мережі Вінницької області. Вказано на основні недоліки, які мали місце у процесі топонімічної декомунізації на загальнодержавному й регіональному рівнях.

The study examined the socio-political conditions of the evolution of place names Ukraine. Analyzed the legal basis of the regulation of relations and activities related to the establishment of names of geographical objects, their normalization, accounting, registration, use and protection of geographical names. Installed stages changing palette and place-traced motives renaming of names at the national and regional levels. Revealed common patterns and regional characteristics change place names in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the condemnation of Communist and National Socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and the prohibition of propaganda of their symbols». Noted characteristics and general trends in the formation of place network Vinnytsia region. Specified on the basic flaws that have occurred in the place-decommunisation at the national and regional levels. Specified on the relevance of research subjects excited to continue because of the need to rethink the current mechanism of transformation processes in the matter of geographical names and their normalization.
