Вплив педагогіки творчості на формування професійного іміджу викладача

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз впливу педагогіки творчості на формування професійного іміджу викладача закладу вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано сутність понять «педагогіка творчості», «професійний імідж викладача», визначено їх взаємозв’язок у контексті сучасної освітньої парадигми. Доведено, що творчий підхід до організації освітнього процесу сприяє розвитку професійної мобільності, комунікативної культури, педагогічної майстерності та авторитету викладача. Висвітлено практичні методи реалізації педагогіки творчості у професійній діяльності викладача.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the influence of creative pedagogy on the formation of the professional image of a teacher in a higher education institution. The essence of the concepts of “creative pedagogy”, “professional image of a teacher” is substantiated, their relationship is determined in the context of the modern educational paradigm. It is proven that a creative approach to organizing the educational process contributes to the development of professional mobility, communicative culture, pedagogical skills and authority of the teacher. The main components of the professional image of a teacher are characterized: professional competence, pedagogical ethics, communicativeness, innovation, creativity and emotional culture. It has been established that creative pedagogy is an important factor in the positive professional self-presentation of a teacher and increasing his competitiveness in the educational environment. The article emphasizes the need to create a creative educational environment that stimulates self-development, professional growth and the realization of the creative potential of teachers. The article also highlights practical methods for implementing creative pedagogy in the professional activities of a teacher.The possibilities of using project and problem-based learning, interactive technologies, pedagogical improvisation, digital creative technologies, methods of reflection and creative self-presentation are described. Practical examples of organizing the educational process are given, which contribute to the development of creativity, communicative culture, pedagogical skills and a positive professional image of the teacher. It is proven that the implementation of creative teaching methods ensures an increase in the professional authority of the teacher, the activation of the cognitive activity of education seekers and the formation of an innovative educational environment.
