Регіональні аспекти туристсько-рекреаційного природокористування

Abstract

Проаналізовано сутність концептуальних засад регіонального туристсько-рекреаційного природо-користування. Основні ідеї і положення, що представлені у роботах фахівців у сфері туризму і рекреації характеризують туристично-рекреаційну діяльність як галузь господарських відносин, що мають яскраво виражену ресурсну орієнтацію. В процесі вивчення передумов туристсько-рекреаційного природокористування Вінницької області встановлено, що важливою складовою рекреаційних ресурсів є природно-рекреаційні, соціально-економічні та історико-культурні ресурси, які відіграють пряму та непряму роль, впливають на людину шляхом естетичних, лікувальних і психоемоційних якостей. Різноманітність ландшафтної структури і наявність більш чотирьох тисяч памʼяток історії та культури краю формує сприятливі умови для розвитку рекреаційної діяльності на усій території Вінницької області. Визначено тенденції зміни туристсько-рекреаційного природокористування краю упродовж останніх років, які вказують на важливість маркетингової діяльності в аспекті поступового формування сприятливого іміджу території. Підкреслена важливість розробленої «Програми розвитку туризму у Вінницькій області на 2016-2020 роки» для забезпечення ефективного туристсько-рекреаційного природокористування.

The essence of the conceptual bases of regional tourist-recreational nature management is analyzed. The basic ideas and provisions presented in the works of specialists in the field of tourism and recreation characterize the tourist recreational activity as a branch of economic relations, with a pronounced resource orientation. In the process of studying the preconditions of tourist and recreational nature use of the Vinnytsia region, it is established that an important part of recreational resources are natural-recreational, socio-economic and historical and cultural resources that play a direct and indirect role, affect people through aesthetic, therapeutic and psycho-emotional qualities. The diversity of the landscape structure and the presence of more than four thousand monuments of the history and culture of the region creates favorable conditions for the development of recreational activities throughout the territory of the Vinnytsia region. The tendencies of change of tourist and recreational nature use of the region in recent years, which indicate the importance of marketing activities in the aspect of gradual formation of a favorable image of the territory, are determined. The importance of the «Program of Development of Tourism in Vinnytsia Oblast for 2016-2020» is emphasized to ensure effective tourism and recreational use of nature.
