Вивчення майбутніми вчителями технологій процесу виробництва бджолиного меду

Abstract

Типовою дидактичною проблемою, пов'язаною з викладанням навчальної дисципліни «Основи сільськогосподарського виробництва» в педагогічному закладі вищої освіти, є низький рівень зацікавленості студентів змістом навчального матеріалу. Компетентність з основ сільськогосподарського виробництва є базовою складовою фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій в Україні. Вона використовується на практиці для організації профільного навчання старшокласників із метою спрямування їхнього професійного самовизначення щодо сфери сучасного виробництва, допомагає школярам орієнтуватися в цій сфері, дозволяє майбутнім вчителям технологій працювати в позашкільній освіті, а також розвивати інтерес старшокласників до світоглядних знань. Наявний в літературі зміст знань про бджільництво нерелевантний суті їхньої фахової діяльність через складність та їхню біологічну основу. Метою було кричне осмислення змісту і структуру знань професійної компетентності майбутніх вчителів технологій про виробництво бджолиного меду. У статті обґрунтована концепція змісту знань про бджільництво для майбутніх учителів технологій заснована на технологічному підході до технології виробництва бджолами меду. Відповідно до неї майбутні вчителі технологій у профільному навчанні старшокласників прикладатимуть зусилля для формування в них грамотності для всіх з технології виробництва бджолами меду. В основі змістової лінії «Технологія виробництва бджолами меду» для майбутніх учителів технологій покладені такі хіміко-фізичні перетворення нектару квітів у мед: перетворення сахарози у суміш фруктози і глюкози; випаровування води з нектару. Її базовими поняттями є стадії процесу виробництва бджолами меду. Зі змісту дослідження випливає, що знання про технологічні основи виробництва бджолами меду світоглядні за своєю сутністю та мають потенціал для формування пізнавального інтересу майбутніх учителів технологій до знань про основи сільськогосподарського виробництва. Теоретична цінність результатів дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні концепції змісту знань про бджільництво для майбутніх учителів технологій. Практична цінність результатів дослідження полягає в підготовці дидактичної опори щодо подальшої розробки методики викладання основ бджільництва для майбутніх учителів технологій.

A typical didactic problem associated with teaching the academic discipline "Fundamentals of Agricultural Production" in a pedagogical institution of higher education is the low level of students' interest in the content of the educational material. Competence in the fundamentals of agricultural production is a basic component of the professional training of future teachers of technology in Ukraine. It is used in practice to organize specialized training of high school students in order to direct their professional self-determination in the field of modern production, helps schoolchildren to navigate in this area, allows future teachers of technology to work in extracurricular education, and also develops the interest of high school students in worldview knowledge. The content of knowledge about beekeeping available in the literature is irrelevant to the essence of their professional activity due to its complexity and biological basis. The goal was to critically understand the content and structure of knowledge of the professional competence of future teachers of technology on the production of bee honey. The article substantiates the concept of the content of knowledge about beekeeping for future technology teachers based on a technological approach to the process of honey production by bees. According to it, future technology teachers in the specialized education of high school students will make efforts to form in them literacy in the technology of honey production by bees for all. The content line "Honey production by bees" for future technology teachers is based on the following chemical and physical transformations of flower nectar into honey: the transformation of sucrose into a mixture of fructose and glucose; evaporation of water from nectar. Its basic concepts are the stages of the process of honey production by bees. From the content of the study it follows that knowledge about the technological foundations of honey production by bees is ideological in its essence and has the potential to form the cognitive interest of future technology teachers in knowledge about the basics of agricultural production. The theoretical value of the research results lies in substantiating the concept of the content of knowledge about beekeeping for future technology teachers. The practical value of the research results lies in preparing the basis for further development of a methodology for teaching the basics of beekeeping for future technology teachers.
