Етнокультурні ландшафти Поділля як об’єкт спадщини: охорона та управління

Abstract

Стаття присвячена одній з важливих проблем етнокультурного ландшафтознавства – охороні етнокультурної спадщини. Обґрунтовано підходи до вирішення проблем охорони, до збереження та використання етнокультурної спадщини сільських ландшафтів і містечок Поділля. Моніторинг і раціональне управління етнокультурними ландшафтами дають можливість підтримувати у належному стані об’єкти культурної спадщини регіону. Особливою цінністю етнокультурних ландшафтів Поділля є садиби, палацово-паркові комплекси, пов’язані з відомими представниками локальної етнокультури. Фортифікаційні ландшафти, крім історичного й історико-меморіального значення, мають також мистецьку і наукову цінність, оскільки відображають розвиток оборонного будівництва. У межах Поділля є необхідність у формуванні регіональних ландшафтних парків, ядрами яких виступатимуть містечка та села зі значною кількістю історико-культурних пам’яток. Окремі пам’ятки історії та культури вимагають заходів з музеєфікації.

The article has devoted to one of the major problems of ethnic and cultural landscape – the protection of ethnic and cultural heritage. The article has discussed the approaches to solving the problems of protection, preservation and use of ethnocultural heritage of country landscapes and small towns of Podillya. The monitoring and management of ethnocultural landscapes have provided an opportunity to maintain the cultural heritage of the region. A special value of ethnocultural landscapes of Podillya are of the manor, park and palace complexes, associated with well-known representatives of the local ethnic culture. Fortification landscapes, except for historical or memorial value, also have artistic and scientific value because they have reflected the development of military construction. There is a need for creation of regional landscape parks within the borders of Podillya, nucleus which would be towns and villages with a significant number of historical and cultural attractions. Some monuments of history and culture demand the events of the protection.
