Abstract
The use of modern methods for programming the training process in order to increase its effectiveness in female athletes specializing in middle-distance running determines the relevance of this qualification work. The aim of the study was to experimentally substantiate the technology of programming the training process for female athletes specialising in middle-distance running at the stage of specialised basic training. The study was conducted in the form of a phased pedagogical experiment, which included the ascertaining and formative stages. At the ascertaining stage, the structure and specific features of the traditional training model for female athletes specialising in middle-distance running were analysed in detail. At the same time, an initial diagnosis of the athletes' physical fitness level was carried out and a training programme technology was developed. During the formative stage, the developed training programme technology was put into practice. It involved the design of individually oriented microcycles with a differentiated distribution of loads according to the runners' specialisation, a gradual increase in the volume of jumping exercises, and the integration of modern fitness technologies. Systematic individualised control was introduced, which included monitoring the functional state of the athletes. At this stage, physical fitness retesting was organised, which made it possible to objectively assess the effectiveness of the implemented model and determine the nature of adaptive changes.
