Інститути громадянського суспільства в соціокультурному просторі Вінниччини: історична динаміка та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

Простежено динаміку розвитку громадських організацій (ГО) Вінниччини в період незалежності України, визначено їхній внесок у культурно-мистецький розвиток регіону. Окреслено вплив соціально-політичних трансформацій (незалежність України, події 2014 та 2022 рр.) на напрями діяльності організацій і представлено перспективи їх подальшого розвитку як інституцій громадянського суспільства (ІГС). Дослідження проведено на основі історико-теоретичного, аналітичного та емпіричного підходів, включно з аналізом джерел, статистикою, контент- та порівняльним аналізом. Застосовано системний підхід – для комплексної оцінки ролі ГО та творчих Спілок у розвитку регіональної культури та громадянського суспільства. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному аналізі трансформації діяльності інститутів громадянського суспільства Вінниччини в соціокультурному контексті від 1990-х рр. ХХ ст. до сьогодення. У дослідженні з’ясовано закономірності розвитку регіональних інститутів громадянського суспільства, визначено їхню роль у формуванні культурно-мистецького середовища та процесах соціальної консолідації. Уперше систематизовано тенденції становлення креативних індустрій і молодіжних ініціатив як чинників зміцнення громадянського суспільства та утвердження культурної ідентичності Поділля.

The purpose of the article is to trace the dynamics of the public organizations (POs) development in Vinnytsia region during Ukraine's independence, determine their contribution to the cultural and artistic development of the region, assess the impact of socio-political transformations (Ukraine's independence, the events of 2014 and 2022) on the organizations' activities, and outline the prospects for their further growth as civil society institutions (CSIs). The research was conducted on the basis of historical-theoretical, analytical, and empirical approaches, including source analysis, statistics, content analysis, and comparative analysis. A systematic approach was used to comprehensively assess the role of CSIs and creative unions in the development of regional culture and civil society. The methodology provides a comprehensive understanding of the historical and contemporary processes of the organizations' functioning and determines the prospects for their further evolution. Scientific novelty. The article analyzes the transformation of the POs’ activities in Vinnytsia region from the 1990s to the present. The development patterns of regional CSIs, their impact on the cultural and artistic environment, and social consolidation have been established. Tendencies in the development of creative industries and youth initiatives have been identified, and the prospects for their contribution to strengthening civil society and the region’s cultural identity have been defined. Conclusions. Modern CSIs and creative unions in Vinnytsia region perform a dual function: they ensure the advancement of the artistic environment and shape an active civil society. The events of 2014 and 2022 significantly changed the direction of the organizations' activities: the cultural and artistic vector was supplemented by volunteer and humanitarian work, international cooperation, and an emphasis on preserving cultural identity during the war. Vinnytsia region became one of the centers for supporting refugees and implementing interregional cultural projects.
