Суспільно-географічні особливості просторової трансформації торгівлі Києва

Abstract

Розкрито роль сфери торгівлі в просторовій організації господарства міста Києва в період зміни моделі соціально-економічного розвитку. Проведено порівняльний аналіз зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду суспільно-географічного дослідження формування та еволюції різних форм торгівлі. Охарактеризовано тенденції просторового заміщення традиційних форм торгівлі соціалістичного періоду новими для українського ринку форматами західного типу та обґрунтовано особливості їх функціонування. Виділено і проаналізовано стадії трансформації форм торгівлі. Окреслено загальні риси та основні закономірності динаміки територіального розвитку сфери торгівлі як важливої складової третинного сектора. В умовах деіндустріалізації міського простору та трансформації промислових зон, районів і перетворення Києва в багатогалузевий постіндустріальний центр, визначено фактори та закономірності часткової заміни сформованих виробничих функцій цих територій сервісними, в тому числі і торговельними. Проаналізовано закономірності розміщення різних форм торгівлі, виділено центри їх тяжіння та системоутворюючі точки росту в умовах територіальної реорганізації міського простору столиці та визначено чинники, що їх формують.

Determined the role of trade in the Kyiv economy spatial organisation during the change of socio-economic development model. The paper presents the comparative analysis of foreign and national experience in sociogeographical studies of the formation and evolution of the trade various forms. Characterised the trends of spatial replacing the traditional trade forms of socialist period with modern western-style formats for the Ukrainian market and substantiated the features of their functioning. Identified and analysed the stages of the trade forms transformation. Outlined the common features and basic patterns of the trade territorial development dynamics as an important component of the tertiary sector. Under the conditions of urban space deindustrialization, the industrial zones and regions transformation, Kyiv transformation in postindustrial diversified centre, defined the factors and patterns of partial replacement of the existing production functions of these territories with service functions, including trading. Analysed the distribution patterns of various forms of trade, selected the centres of their gravity and systemically important growth points in conditions of territorial reorganization of the capital city space and identified the factors that shape them.
