Особливості професійно-практичної підготовки педагогічних кадрів в Австрії

Abstract

Статтю присвячено вивченню австрійського досвіду професійної підготовки педагогічних кадрів в Австрії. Зокрема, її метою є аналіз особливостей практичної складової австрійської системи професійної педагогічної освіти. Передовсім у статті на підставі аналізу австрійських наукових джерел і нормативних документів узагальнено ключові здобутки в реформуванні системи професійної підготовки вчительських кадрів. У цьому контексті розглянуто й реформаційні заходи щодо практичної підготовки майбутніх учителів. У процесі подальшого пошуку на основі вивчення чинних бакалаврських та магістерських програм виявлено основні види навчальної практики майбутніх педагогів в Австрії, визначено їхні специфічні цілі й завдання. Здійснене дослідження дало підстави для висновку про неперервність, послідовність, гнучкість практичної складової педагогічної освіти Австрії, що створює передумови для якісної професійної підготовки нових генерацій педагогічних кадрів.

The article deals with the Austrian experience in the area of professional training of pedagogical personnel. Its objective is to analyze the peculiarities of practical component of the Austrian system of pedagogical education. In order to achieve this objective such theoretical methods as analysis, interpretation, generalization of scientific literature on the research problem, legal documents on the professional training of pedagogical staff and bachelor’s and master’s programmes for teacher education have been used. First of all, on the basis of the analysis of research works of Austrian scientists and Austrian documents the main results of the reform of the system of professional training of pedagogical personnel (wide variety of programmes of pedagogical education, multilevel structure of professional training of pedagogical stuff, humanistic and competence orientation of vocational education of teachers, modular organization of educational process, progressive and innovative technologies of pedagogical education etc.) have been generalized. In this context the reform measures in the area of practical professional training of pedagogical stuff (enlargement of practical component of pedagogical education, diversification of types of practical training of teachers, reorganization of internship in vocational schools etc.) have been considered. Then in consequence of the study of valid programmes the main types of professional practical training of teachers in Austria with their peculiar goals and objectives (introductional practice, general professional practice, professional teaching practice, scientific and research practice) have been identified. As a result of the research has been made the conclusion about the continuity, consistency, flexibility of practical component of pedagogical education in Austria that provides preconditions for qualitative professional training of new generations of teachers with practical abilities and competencies for an effective professional activity in the conditions of the 21st century.
