Конструктивно-географічні підходи до поліпшення сучасного стану антропогенних заповідних об’єктів та їх роль у розвитку туризму на Поділлі

Abstract

У статті розглянуті конструктивно-географічні підходи до поліпшення сучасного стану антропогенних заповідних об’єктів (АЗО) Поділля, які уже зараз мають значну наукову, естетичну, пізнавальну, виховну і практичну значимість. Акцентується увага на тому, що кожний антропогенний ландшафтний комплекс або об’єкт, що необхідно заповідати, потребує індивідуального підходу, а їх створення і функціонування у єдиній системі заповідних об’єктів забезпечить локальний підхід. Конструктивно географічні підходи до поліпшення сучасного стану антропогенних ландшафтів у статті показані на прикладі селитебних ландшафтів як у складі сільських, так і міських комплексів. Цього можна досягти за умов створення у селах спеціалізованих музеїв на основі окремих АЗО, груп заповідних об’єктів, що формують у селах оригінальні території – «куточки» як основу для музеєфікації частини села та музею під відкритим небом. Формуванню антропогенних заповідних об’єктів у містах і містечках Поділля приділяється значно більше уваги. Індивідуальне створення антропогенних заповідних об’єктів забезпечується історико-пізнавальним, компонентно-функціональним та ландшафтно-естетичним підходами. Локальне формування АЗО зараз можливе і необхідне, у першу чергу, в місцях значної концентрації населення, активного розвитку виробництва і, відповідно, наявності коштів. Локальний підхід до поліпшення сучасного стану АЗО доцільно проводити за схемою: заповідання умовно-натуральних або натурально-антропогенних заповідних об’єктів; заповідання антропогенних заповідних об’єктів (літолого-геоморфологічна, гідрологічна, фітологічна групи, ландшафтно технічні системи).

The value of anthropogenic protected objects (APO) increases in the decision of environmental, economic and social problems of Podillia. The separation and further study of anthropogenic protected objects of Podillia in the historical and geographical aspects becomes a new direction of reserve fund study, especially at a time when their fraction in total anthropogenic list of protected sites rapidly growing. The anthropogenic protected objects’ research shows their uniqueness and the need for conservation in the future. The article describes the structural and geographical approaches to improve the current state of anthropogenic protected objects of Podillia, which are already having a considerable scientific, aesthetic, cognitive, educational and practical significance. The attention is focused on the fact that each anthropogenic landscape complex or object, which should bequeath, requires an individual approach and their establishment and operation in a single system of protected areas provides a local approach. Such a system should contain a unique and significant in any aspect of natural, man-made and natural and anthropogenic objects. They are all natural, although different in origin. As the system itself, and each protected object in its structure must be protected by the state. Structurally and geographical approaches to improve the current state of anthropogenic landscapes in the article shown an example of settlement landscapes both within rural and urban complexes. This can be achieved through the establishment of specialized museums in villages on the basis of certain APO, groups of protected areas that form the original territories in villages – «corners» as a basis for museum creation of the village and open-air museum. Much more attention is paid to the formation of anthropogenic protected objects in the towns and small-towns of Podillia. Individual creation of anthropogenic protected objects provided a historical and informative, component and functional, landscape and aesthetic approaches. Local formation of APO is possible and necessary, especially in areas with large concentration of population, active development of production and, consequently, the availability of funds. The local approach to improve the current state of anthropogenic protected objects appropriate to the scheme: conservation conditional natural or man-made natural and protected areas; conservation of anthropogenic protected objects (lithological and geomorphological, hydrological, phytological groups, landscape engineering systems). Combining of local and individual approaches is one of the ways of forming a regional system of anthropogenic protected objects.
