Соціально-комунікаційна роль бібліотеки ЗВО в контексті інклюзивної освіти та принципів безбар’єрності

Abstract

У даній статті підкреслено актуальність теми, яка охоплює суб'єкт (бібліотека закладу вищої освіти), об'єкт (доступ до знань) і методологічну рамку (інклюзія та безбар'єрність). Наведені основні законодавчі документи з даного питання. Окремо акцентовано увагу на соціокультурні та освітні виміри в інклюзивному просторі бібліотеки. Висвітлено досвід бібліотеки ВДПУ ім. М. Коцюбинського щодо формування інклюзивної бібліотеки та безбар’єрного середовища. Відображено застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для ефективної реалізації завдань бібліотеки. Обгрунтовано необхідність цифровізації та створення відкритих освітніх інформаційних ресурсів. Визначено основні тенденції та стратегію діяльності бібліотеки у формуванні інклюзивного простору, інклюзивної компетентності та безбар’єрності.

This article emphasizes the relevance of the topic, which covers the subject (library of a higher education institution), the object (access to knowledge) and the methodological framework (inclusion and barrier-freeness). The main legislative documents on this issue are presented. Special attention is paid to the socio-cultural and educational dimensions in the inclusive space of the library. The experience of the library of the M. Kotsiubynskyi State University of Public Administration in forming an inclusive library and a barrier-free environment is highlighted. The use of information and communication technologies for the effective implementation of the library's tasks is reflected. The need for digitalization and the creation of open educational information resources is substantiated. The main trends and strategy of library activities in the formation of an inclusive space, inclusive competence and barrier-freeness are determined.
