Abstract

Глобалізація суттєво впливає на стратегічне планування розвитку об'єднаних територіальних громад (ОТГ), відкриваючи нові можливості та виклики. Вона сприяє впровадженню сучасних технологій, розширенню економічних зв’язків та залученню міжнародних інвестицій. Разом із цим громади стикаються з необхідністю адаптації до змін у світовій економіці, цифровізації управління та підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Важливими аспектами успішного стратегічного планування в умовах глобалізації є розвиток людського капіталу, впровадження інноваційних підходів до управління ресурсами та інтеграція у міжнародні партнерські мережі. Ефективне використання цих можливостей дозволить ОТГ досягти сталого розвитку, покращити якість життя населення та зміцнити свою економічну самодостатність.

Globalisation has a significant impact on the strategic planning of the development of amalgamated territorial communities (ATCs), opening up new opportunities and challenges. It promotes the introduction of modern technologies, the expansion of economic ties and the attraction of international investment. At the same time, communities are facing the need to adapt to changes in the global economy, digitalise governance and increase competitiveness. Important aspects of successful strategic planning in the context of globalisation include the development of human capital, the introduction of innovative approaches to resource management and integration into international partnership networks. Effective use of these opportunities will allow AHs to achieve sustainable development, improve the quality of life of the population and strengthen their economic self-sufficiency.
