Сучасні проблеми підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва та напрямки їх розв’язання

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасні наукові праці, в яких розглядаються актуальні проблеми підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва та основні підходи щодо можливостей їх розв’язання. Підкреслено, що процес підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва будується з опорою на загальні дидактичні та методологічні принципи з урахуванням специфіки музично-мистецької освіти. Здійснено умовний поділ аналізованих проблем на дві групи: педагогічні та психологічні. Зазначено, що велика кількість наукових підходів і точок зору дослідників до розв’язання зазначених питань потребує подальшого впорядкування. Запропоновано та обґрунтовано організаційно-правовий, психолого-педагогічний та змістовний методологічні підходи, застосування яких дозволить задати вектор науковим розробкам головних проблем підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва. Підсумовано найбільш актуальні проблеми підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва. Зроблено висновок про можливість їх розв’язання в найближчій перспективі за умови систематизації наукових підходів і прояву.

The article analyzes contemporary scientific works, which deals with the actual problems of the training of future teachers of musical art and the main approaches to the possibilities of their solution. It is determined that the Problem of training of future teachers of musical art is actualized at the present stage by the latest achievements in the field of musical psychology and pedagogy, as well as the general dynamics of the development of society and the corresponding changes in social relations. This leads to the search for new approaches to the solution of existing and new problems concerning the training of future teachers for work in the system of general education. It is emphasized that the process of training of future teachers of musical art is based on the general didactic and methodological principles taking into account the specifics of musical and artistic education. The conditional division of the analyzed problems into two groups is made: pedagogical and psychological. It is noted that a large number of scientific approaches and perspectives of researchers to the solution of these issues need to be further streamlined. The organizational-legal, psychological-pedagogical and informative methodological approaches, the application of which will allow the vector of scientific developments to develop the main problems of the training of future teachers of musical art, is proposed and substantiated. The most actual problems of the training of future teachers of musical art are summarized. The following problems are mentioned: the need to choose the priority direction of scientific research in the absence of a single concept of improving the training of teachers of musical art; the weakness of inter-subject relationships between musical and other disciplines; lack of consideration of regional cultural specifics during the educational process; insufficient attention to the psychological training of future teachers of musical art. It is emphasized that all these problems can be solved in the near future, provided that the systematization of scientific approaches and the manifestation of the initiative in practice are systematized.
