У статті висвітлено історію фільваркового господарства села Мельниківець у другій половині ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. Розглянуто динамікузміни власників, соціально-економічне становище селян, особливості землеволодіння, функціонування промислових підприємств та занепад маєтку після революційних подій 1917–1921 ррThe article highlights the history of the farmstead of the village of Melnykivets in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries.
