Підготовка психологів та соціальних працівників до протидії насильству: досвід роботи.

Abstract

У статті розкрито практичний досвід роботи колективу кафедри психології та соціальної роботи Вінницького державного педагогічного університету у підготовці фахівців, здатних до протидії насильству. Зауважено, що проблема підготовки фахівців із запобігання насильству в Україні є новою для закладів вищої освіти та реалізується у ВДПУ на різних рівнях: вищої професійної освіти для студентів спеціальності 231 Соціальна робота та 053 Психологія та інтегративному рівні взаємодії з громадськими організаціями. Запропоновано низку практичних аспектів, які дозволять успішно реалізувати цілісну стратегію побудови освітнього процесу. Досвід ВДПУ реалізує цілісний підхід до підготовки фахівців через: зміну змісту інваріантної та варіативної складових навчального процесу; волонтерську діяльність та участь у проєктах громадських організацій; використання активних методів навчання протидії насильству; гурткову та науково-дослідну роботу.

The article reveals the practical experience of the staff of the Department of Psychology and Social Work of Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University in training professionals capable of combating violence. It is noted that the growing trend in the number of cases of violence in Ukraine and abroad intensifies the solution of the problem of professional training of psychologists and social workers to work on combating violence, providing timely assistance to victims of violence. It is noted that freedom from violence is one of the basic human rights. Attention is drawn to the growing number of cases of deliberate abuse of older and stronger students towards smaller and weaker members of the school staff, the so-called bullying. The normative-legal documents regulating the mechanisms of interaction between state authorities, local self-government bodies, educational institutions, health care, social protection of the population, other institutions and establishments in ensuring social protection and combating violence are indicated. It is noted that the problem of training specialists in violence prevention in Ukraine is new for higher education institutions and is implemented in VSPU at different levels: higher professional education for students majoring in 231 Social Work and 053 Psychology and integrative level of interaction with NGOs. Three main approaches in the training of specialists in this field are detailed: local-disciplinary, local-interdisciplinary, holistic. A number of practical aspects are proposed that will successfully implement a holistic strategy for building the educational process through the modernization of the content of the process of training psychologists and social workers for preventive and corrective work with victims of violence and preventive measures. As you can see, the VSPU implements a holistic approach to training through: changing the content of invariant and variable components of the educational process; creation of organizational and procedural support for preparing students to work in the field of protection against violence through volunteering and participation in projects of public organizations; inclusion of the case method in the arsenal of active methods of combating violence, which are modeled in practical classes; through group and research work.
