Сільські ландшафти рівнинної частини України: Сучасний стан, напрями розбудови

Abstract

Сучасний стан розвитку сільських ландшафтів України нестабільний на окремих територіях критичний і потребує детального дослідження чинників такого стану та розробки рекомендацій щодо їх розбудови у майбутньому. Застосовуючи відповідні принципи (історизму, адаптивності, комплексності) та належні їх методи (аналізу, синтезу, польових досліджень і ГІС-технологій) досліджень, на прикладі модельного регіону рівнинної частини України – Поділля, розглянуто природні та суспільні чинники формування сільських ландшафтів регіону. Обґрунтовано напрями раціонального відновлення сільських ландшафтів Поділля, які можна буде використати у розбудові й сільських ландшафтів України. Серед них: поєднання «двох культур», часткова або повна музеєфікація сіл, використання інвестиційних проектів та реконструкція сіл приватними особами, розвиток зеленого туризму, переорієнтація господарської діяльності жителів сіл. У майбутньому, розпочаті дослідження необхідно розширювати й деталізувати, що призведе до формування раціональної мережі сільських ландшафтів України та її поступове об’єднання із західноєвропейською.

The current state of development of rural landscapes of Ukraine is unstable and requires a detailed study of the factors of this state and the development of recommendations for their development in the future. Applying the relevant principles (historicism, adaptability, complexity) and their appropriate methods (analysis, synthesis, field research and GIS technologies) of research, on the example of the model region of the plain part of Ukraine – Podillia, the natural and social factors of the formation of rural landscapes of the research region were considered. Among the natural factors: favorable spatial location and significant differentiation and variety of natural conditions and resources; among social groups – socio-economic, historical-political and ethno demographic groups. It is noted that the modern structure of the rural landscapes of Podillia and Ukraine is determined mainly by the types of localities within which villages were built, and starting from the second half of the 20th century and socio-economic factors. The directions of the rational restoration of the rural landscapes of Podillia, which can be used in the development of the rural landscapes of Ukraine, are substantiated. Among them: a combination of «two cultures», partial or full museumization of villages, use of investment projects and reconstruction of villages by private individuals, development of green tourism, reorientation of economic activities of village residents. In the future, the research that has been started must be expanded and detailed, which will lead to the formation of a rational network of rural landscapes of Ukraine and its gradual unification with the Western European one.
