Просторово-часовий аналіз формування долинно-річкових ландшафтно-технічних систем Правобережної України

Abstract

Зазначено, що наявність значної кількості природних ресурсів та різноманіття долинно-річкових урочищ стали причиною концентрації у їх межах населених пунктів і різнотипових інженернотехнічних споруд. Відмічено, що перебуваючи під контролем людини і зазнаючи впливу відповідних фізико-географічних зон, вони перетворилися у специфічні поєднання природи і техніки – долинно-річкові ландшафтно-технічні системи. У залежності від особливостей господарської діяльності та соціально-економічних проблем процес формування долинно-річкових ландшафтно-технічних систем Правобережної України розділено на вісім етапів. Встановлено, що основне навантаження на долинно-річкові ландшафти та збільшення кількості долинно-річкових ландшафтно-технічних систем припадає на ХІХ–ХХ століття. Це проміжок часу з двома світовими війнами та початком науково-технічної революції. Сьогодні головною проблемою розвитку переважної більшості долинно-річкових ландшафтно-технічних систем є втрата контролю над блоком управління. Спрогнозовано, що просторово-часовий аналіз становлення та руйнування окремих долиннорічкових ландшафтно-технічних систем дасть можливість врахувати попередні прорахунки у нераціональному освоєнні річкових долин і запобігти їх у майбутньому.

The presence of a significant amount of natural resources and the diversity of valley-river tracts caused the concentrations within their settlements and spotty engineering structures. Under the control of the person and experiencing the impact of the respective geographical zones, they turned to the specific combination of nature and technology – valley-river landscape and technical systems. Spatio-temporal analysis of the formation and destruction of some valley-river landscape and technical systems will make it possible to consider previous failures in the irrational development of river valleys and to prevent them in the future. Depending on the characteristics of economic activity and socio-economic problems of the formation of valley-river landscape and technical systems of Right-Bank Ukraine is divided into eight stages. The purpose of this work – to analyze the transformation of landscapes river valleys Right-Bank Ukraine as a result of economic activity and the formation on the basis of landscape and technical systems. The basis of the article on the results of a detailed analysis of scientific literature and documentation of stock, which was carried out using literary mapping, statistical and historical and landscape science research methods. The main burden on the valley-river landscapes and increased valley-river landscape and technical systems account for the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. At this time the transformation of landscapes valleys in the construction of residential buildings, quarries, bridges, mills, hydroelectric power stations, reservoirs, ponds and canals. Now the main problem of the majority of valley-river landscape and technical systems is loss of control of the control unit. At this stage intensified activity of government in creating new natural protected areas, which are located within the valley-river landscapes. Since 2000, began to act «State program of national ecological network of Ukraine», on which river valleys of the Dnieper, Danube, Dniester and Southern Bug and Western Bug considered as ecological corridors for connecting cores and provide natural connections zonal character. The problem of natural valley-river landscapes and valley-river landscape and technical systems remains valid. Further environmental measures should be aimed at comprehensive conservation areas within river valleys without their natural or anthropogenic.
