Авторська кулірна тревел-програма «Смаки спадщини Вінниччини»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці авторської кулінарної тревел-програми «Смаки спадщини Вінниччини» для висвітлення нового напрямку в телепросторі. Програма спрямована на демонстрацію старовинних страв Вінницької області. П’ять випусків складаються з екскурсій до культурних пам'яток регіону та відвідування місцевих закладів харчування. Крім того, в рамках програми передбачено ознайомлення з приготуванням традиційних подільських страв, аби заохотити господинь упроваджувати стародавню кухню в сучасне меню. Усі ці елементи доповнюють авторські інсайти та рекомендації щодо найкращих місць для відпочинку. Отже, програма «Смаки спадщини Вінниччини» має на меті не лише привернути увагу до культурно-історичного багатства регіону, але й стимулювати розвиток туристичного потенціалу та гастрономічної сфери області.The qualification work is dedicated to the development of the author's culinary travel program "The flavors of the heritage of Vinnytsia region" to highlight a new direction in the television space. The program is aimed at showcasing ancient dishes from the Vinnytsia region. The five episodes consist of tours to cultural landmarks of the region and visits to local dining establishments. Additionally, the program includes an introduction to the preparation of traditional Podolian dishes to encourage homemakers to incorporate ancient cuisine into modern menus. All these elements are complemented by the author's insights and recommendations on the best places to relax. Thus, the program "The flavors of the heritage of Vinnytsia region" aims not only to draw attention to the cultural and historical richness of the region but also to stimulate the development of the area's tourism potential and gastronomic sector.
