Проблема диференційованого навчання в німеччині в педагогічній теорії і практиці.

Abstract

У статті висвітлено теоретико-практичні аспекти диференційованого навчання в Німеччині. Проаналізовано наукові праці, у яких розглядаються питання концептуальних основ диференціації, централізації та децентралізації управління освітою в Німеччині, форми і методи навчання в умовах різнорівневої диференціації. Розкрито сутність поняття «диференціація», виявлено основні види диференціації та критерії, які лежать в її основі. Розглянуто різноманітні форми організації диференційованого навчання в системі середньої освіти Німеччини. Автор доходить висновку, що продумане впровадження диференціації в навчальний процес попередить проблеми, пов’язані з оволодінням учнями вміннями та навичками, вирівняє ступінь підготовки всього класу, активізує розумову діяльність.

The article covers the theoretical and practical aspects of differentiated learning in Germany. The author analyzes the scientific works, which discuss the conceptual foundations of differentiation, centralization and decentralization of education management in Germany, forms and methods of teaching in conditions of multilevel differentiation. The essence of the concept of "differentiation" is discovered, the main types of differentiation and the criteria that underlie it are revealed. Different forms of organization of differentiated education in the system of secondary education of Germany are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that thought-out implementation of differentiation in the educational process will prevent problems associated with the acquisition of skills and abilities of students, level the level of preparation of the whole class, activating mental activity. The social and economic development of our country leads to changes in the system of general secondary education. The search for ways of further development follows the ideas of democratization and humanization. There is a need for the development and implementation of new forms and methods of training. In this regard, before the pedagogical science faced the task of developing the conceptual foundations of differentiated learning. Democratization of school education in recent years has opened new opportunities for the development of a differentiated approach to learning, the main objective of which is to create the most favorable conditions for the development of the abilities of each applicant. As a result, a system of different types of educational institutions was formed at a rapid pace: high schools, lyceums, colleges; the process of profile and level division of students in the structure of educational institutions has become widespread.
