Сутність, принципи та методи регіонального управління

Abstract

У сучасних умовах формування інноваційної моделі розвитку країни особливо зростає значення ефективного управління різними видами ресурсів та процесами при зміщенні центру управління соціально-економічними перетвореннями на рівень окремих територій (регіонів) країни. Регіональне управління – це один із напрямків діяльності держави. Воно передбачає організуючий та регулюючий вплив органів державної влади на життєдіяльність населення територій з метою її упорядкування, відтворення, підвищення якості життя населення шляхом розвитку економіки та соціальної інфраструктури. Регіональне управління включає в себе сукупність принципів, методів, форм та засобів впливу на соціально-економічні процеси у регіоні.

In the current conditions of formation of an innovative model of the country's development, the importance of effective management of various types of resources and processes is especially growing with the shift of the centre of management of socio-economic transformations to the level of individual territories (regions) of the country. Regional governance is one of the areas of state activity. It involves the organising and regulatory influence of public authorities on the life of the population of the territories in order to organise it, reproduce it, and improve the quality of life of the population through the development of the economy and social infrastructure. Regional governance includes a set of principles, methods, forms and means of influencing socio-economic processes in the region.
