Ефективність дистанційної освіти в умовах війни

Abstract

У статті розкрито особливості дистанційної освіти в умовах війни та визначено її ефективність. Визначено, що дистанційне навчання впливає на формування додаткових умов для розвитку інтегрованих процесів у глобальній освіті. Обґрунтовано, що процес системи дистанційного навчання має особливості, які відрізняються вимогами до студентів, цілями, змістом, методами подання, мотивами, структурою та термінами, а не особливостями інших форм навчання. Усе це дозволило виокремити дистанційне навчання як самостійну форму, яка посідає особливе місце в структурі вищої освіти. Виділено рекомендації, які повинно виконувати керівництво та персонал ЗВО в умовах воєнного стану при дистанційній формі навчання. З’ясовано, що зміцненню позицій дистанційного навчання в українській системі вищої освіти перешкоджають: низький рівень проникнення в мережу Інтернет; соціальна нерівність; неналежний рівень матеріально-технічного забезпечення в ЗВО; оскільки дистанційне навчання розраховане на самостійну підготовку студента, то ефективність навчального процесу багато в чому залежить від рівня самодисципліни та мотивації студента; відсутність безпосереднього контакту з викладачами, необхідного для координації навчального процесу; студенти під керівництвом мають обмежені можливості підтвердити свою особу. Визначено, що особливої уваги заслуговує питання адаптації практичних завдань здобувачів вищої освіти педагогічного профілю до умов запровадження воєнного стану. Доведено, що процес системи дистанційного навчання має особливості, які відрізняються вимогами до студентів, цілями, змістом, методами подання, мотивами, структурою та термінами.

The article reveals the features of distance education in the conditions of war and determines its effectiveness. It was determined that distance learning affects the formation of additional conditions for the development of integrated processes in global education. It is substantiated that the process of the distance learning system has features that differ in requirements for students, goals, content, presentation methods, motives, structure and terms, and not features of other forms of education. All this made it possible to single out distance learning as an independent form that occupies a special place in the structure of higher education. Recommendations that must be followed by the management and staff of higher education institutions in martial law conditions with distance education are highlighted. It was found that the strengthening of distance learning positions in the Ukrainian higher education system is hindered by: low level of Internet penetration; social inequality; inadequate level of material and technical support in higher education institutions; since distance learning is designed for independent training of the student, the effectiveness of the educational process largely depends on the levelof self-discipline and motivation of the student; lack of direct contact with teachers, necessary for the coordination of the educational process; supervised students have limited opportunities to verify their identity. It was determined that special attention should be paid to the issue of adapting the practical tasks of higher education graduates of the pedagogical profile to the conditions of the introduction of martial law. It is proven that the process of the distance learning system has features thatdiffer in requirements for students, goals, content, presentation methods, motives, structure, and terms.
