Дистанційне навчання як засіб стимулювання освіти

Abstract

У Національній стратегії розвитку освіти в Україні зазначається, що інформатизація освіти, формування та впровадження інформаційного освітнього середовища, розробка педагогічних програмних засобів, створення систем дистанційної освіти та забезпечення доступу до світових інформаційних ресурсів є важливою умовою її модернізації. Дистанційне навчання – це така форма організації навчального процесу та педагогічна технологія, основою якої є керована самостійна робота студентів та широке застосування у навчанні сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Основною метою дистанційного навчання студентів є виховання особистості, яка має бажання і здатність до спілкування, навчання та самоосвіти. Впровадження дистанційних технологій у навчальний процес спрямоване на глибше розуміння навчального матеріалу; формування таких компетенцій як: комунікативні (безпосереднє спілкування за допомогою засобів мережі), інформаційні (пошук інформації з різних джерел та можливість її критичного осмислення), самоосвіти (вміння навчатись самостійно).

The National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine states that the informatization of education, the formation and implementation of an information educational environment, the development of pedagogical software, the creation of distance education systems and ensuring access to global information resources are important conditions for its modernization. Distance learning is a form of organizing the educational process and a pedagogical technology, the basis of which is the guided independent work of students and the widespread use of modern information and communication technologies in teaching. The main goal of distance learning for students is to educate a person who has the desire and ability to communicate, learn and self-educate. The introduction of distance technologies into the educational process is aimed at a deeper understanding of the educational material; formation of such competencies as: communicative (direct communication using network tools), informational (search for information from various sources and the ability to critically understand it), self-education (the ability to learn independently).
