Сучасні наукові підходи до організації музичного просвітництва старшокласників

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему оновлення організації музично-просвітницької роботі вчителя музики на засадах застосування ідей сучасних наукових підходів: інноваційного, персоналізованого, синергійного, рефлексивного. Обґрунтовано їх значущість, зумовлену сутнісними змінами у сфері пізнання, насиченої сучасними гаджетами, а також психологічними особливостями школярів генерації Z, яка зросла в умовах комп’ютеризації, цифровізації, Інтернету. Персоналізований підхід розглянуто як шлях до усвідомлення школярами власної особистісної цінності в сучасному суспільному полі. Концептуально-методологічна цінність синергійного підходу пояснюється його ефектністю у саморозвитку і самоорганізації суб’єктів пізнання. Важливість застосування рефлексивного підходу зумовлена його ролі у процесі самооцінки, самоаналізу та фахового самовдосконалення.

The article deals with the problem of organization renewal of music education activities of the music teacher on the basis of the idea application of modern scientific approaches: on the innovative, personalized, synergistic and reflexive principles. The significance of the innovative approach is stipulated by the essential changes in the area of cognition, saturated by modern gadgets, as well as by the psychological nature of the generation Z schoolchildren, namely the children who grew up using computer and digital technologies, the Internet, having serious effects on their self-identity, world-view, mentality, social interacting style, cognition and creativity. The innovative approach directs the teacher's attention to the organizing methods of the musical outreach activity for these schoolchildren by their favorite means of musical phenomena learning style, as well as to the saturation of extracurricular activity forms with modern technologies, virtual means of expression and communication. The personalized approach is considered as a recognision way for pupils to realize their own personal values in the modern social community, stimulating their manifestation of their individual experiences and understanding of the artistic meaning of musical phenomena, the realization of their own creative imagination in the process of perceiving musical art in all its diversity. In the article this is determined the conceptual and methodological novelty and value of the synergistic approach. Within this approach the self-development and self-organization of cognition subjects are stimulated due to the application of multiple ways of stimulation in pupils of self-selective, appraised attitude to musical events. The importance of the reflexive approach is defined the basis for pedagogical attention to self-analysis of the results of one's own professional activity, analysis of interpersonal interaction with pupils. This method encourages the overcoming of stereotypes of own professional and personal experience in solving of real problems.
