Management of innovative development of education in the context of globalization challenges : monograph

The current stage of development of world civilization is characterized by unprecedented dynamics of changes caused by processes of globalization, integration and deployment of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In these conditions, education ceases to be simply an institution for knowledge transfer; it turns into a strategic resource of national security, a driver of economic growth and the main tool for forming human capital of the new generation. Globalization challenges, supplemented for Ukraine by complex crisis and security realities, require a radical rethinking of approaches to managing educational systems at all levels. The need for flexible, anti-crisis, innovative management, capable of transforming challenges into new opportunities, comes to the fore.
The proposed collective monograph is the result of a systematic scientific search of the author team, united by a common goal – to substantiate the theoreticaland methodological principles and practical tools for managing the innovative development of education in the era of global changes. The logic of the research is built around four fundamental blocks that comprehensively cover the macro-, meso- and micro-levels of educational management.
The first block is devoted to the study of the problem «Global trends as a catalyst for innovative development of education». The author analyzes global megatrends – digitalization, internationalization of the scientific and educational space, the concept of lifelong learning and the development of ecosystem thinking. In this context, global transformations are considered not only as external constraints, but as a powerful incentive for internal qualitative renewal of domestic education, optimization of its structure and increasing competitiveness in the international arena.
The second block of the study focuses on the issue of «Modernization of the management of educational institutions in the context of European integration». Ukraine's European choice requires harmonization of the national education system with the principles and standards of the European Higher Education Area. The section examines in detail the mechanisms for adapting the European competence framework, implementing flexible learning trajectories, expanding the autonomy of educational institutions, and creating effective internal quality assurance systems, which is critically important for the successful integration of domestic institutions into the international scientific community.
The third block reveals «Transformation of communication management in education: from traditional models to digital smart partnership». Modern management architecture is impossible without rethinking information flows. The author justifies the need to abandon rigid vertical (hierarchical) communications in favor of networked, horizontal interactions. The concept of «smart partnership» is considered as an innovative model of synergistic interaction between educational institutions, the state, business and civil society, based on the use of modern digital platforms and an ecosystem approach.
The fourth, final block logically complements the communicative issues and explores «Digital communicative culture as a factor in ensuring sustainable development and intelligent partnership in innovative management of education». The effectiveness of digital tools and technologies (including artificial intelligence systems) directly depends on the level of culture of their use. The section analyzes the ethical, psychological, pedagogical and organizational aspects of the formation of the digital culture of participants in the educational process, defining it as a basic condition for ensuring academic integrity, security of the educational environment and sustainable long-term development of the entire management system.
The authors express the hope that the presented monograph will become a useful basis for developing strategic decisions in the field of educational policy, and the proposed recommendations will find their practical application in the activities of heads of educational institutions, scientists, postgraduate students and all those who ensure the innovative progress of modern Ukrainian education.

Теорія і методика графічної підготовки у закладах загальної середньої освіти

Навчально-методичний посібник містить теоретичні й методичні матеріали щодо графічної підготовки у закладах загальної середньої освіти з: вивчення й узагальнення теоретичних основ та способів побудови зображень предметів і деталей; розвитку здатностей здобувачів освіти визначати геометричні форми деталей за їхніми зображеннями та виконання зображень як з натури, так і за креслениками; ознайомлення із зображенням з’єднань деталей та схемами; вироблення навичок читання креслеників; вивчення з принципами виконання та застосування графічної документації, що використовується під час проєктування; створення умов для ознайомлення здобувачів з місцем конструкторських документів у виробничій діяльності; формування в здобувачів просторового мислення. Матеріали посібника містять завдання, пов’язані з аналізом змісту графічних зображень та читанням креслеників, застосуванням елементів моделювання та конструювання та уявних перетворень властивостей предметів.
Призначений для здобувачів вищої освіти ступеню магістра зі спеціальності А14.10 Середня освіта (Технології), а також буде корисним для викладачів дисциплін, зміст яких пов’язаний з навчанням технологій.
Туристичний путівник «Житомирщина — перлина українського Полісся»

Кваліфікаційна робота виконана у форматі туристичного путівника, з метою популяризації Житомирського регіону.
Структура путівника «Житомирщина — перлина українського Полісся» побудований на основі трьох концептуальних блоків: географічно-природного огляду унікальних ландшафтів Полісся, історико-культурного дослідження міст із багатовіковим минулим (Житомир, Бердичів, Коростень, Звягель) та опису тематичних туристичних маршрутів. Головна ідея путівника — популяризація туристичного потенціалу Поліського краю як унікального простору, де історико-культурна спадщина (древлянські часи, козацька доба) інтегрована в сучасну інфраструктуру внутрішнього туризму.
Проєкт орієнтований на широке коло користувачів, зацікавлених у внутрішньому туризмі, історії рідного краю та активному відпочинку. Путівник є універсальним інструментом: він слугує цифровим навігатором для самостійних туристів при плануванні мандрівок, цінним краєзнавчим ресурсом для учнів та студентів у межах освітніх цілей, а також професійною базою об’єктів для роботи туристичних інформаційних центрів і гідів. Крім того, завдяки цифровому формату проєкт ефективно поширюється на онлайн-платформах, сприяючи популяризації Житомирщини як привабливої туристичної дестинації.
Творчий проєкт «У ритмі танцю»: художньо-технічне оформлення та верстка

Культурно-мистецькі журнали є одним із засобів збереження та популяризації національної культурної спадщини. Вони поєднують інформаційний контент із візуальними рішеннями, формують уявлення аудиторії про культурні процеси та сприяють поширенню мистецьких цінностей у суспільстві. Якість дизайнерського оформлення таких видань значною мірою визначає ефективність сприйняття матеріалів і впливає на загальний образ журналу.
Журнал «У ритмі танцю» присвячений українській народній хореографії, її історії, традиціям та сучасному розвитку. У межах кваліфікаційної роботи розроблено дизайн і верстку культурно-мистецького видання, візуальна концепція якого поєднує сучасні дизайнерські рішення з елементами української культурної спадщини. Особливу увагу приділено композиції розворотів, типографіці, кольоровій палітрі та роботі з фотографіями. Результатом роботи став готовий макет журналу, спрямований на популяризацію української культури та збереження інтересу до народної хореографії.
