Розробка перспективних напрямів розвитку освіти україни: цивілізаційні зміни.

Abstract

Подається прогнозне передбачення умов розвитку освітньої справи в Україні з урахуванням змін у техніці, технологіях, суспільно-соціальній сфері. Виокремлено нерозв’язані проблеми в Україні щодо модернізації й удосконалення системи освіти. Наголошено на потребі у подальшому вдосконаленні української освіти. Сформульовано головну мету освіти майбутнього. Виокремлено необхідні умови успішного розвитку освіти майбутнього. Визначено роль і місце ключової постаті педагога в освіті майбутнього. З’ясовано, що освіта майбутнього – це інноваційна освіта, суть якої полягає в тому, що вона здійснюється шляхом постійного введення нового. Головна мета інноваційної освіти – збереження і розвиток творчого потенціалу людини. Необхідність уведення інноваційних процесів у весь освітній простір України детермінована викликами часу, цивілізаційними змінами планетарного характеру, які полягають у стрімких, з наростаючим прискоренням змінах у всіх сферах життєдіяльності людини, у розширенні і поглибленні глобалізаційних і локалізаційних процесів, у небезпечній спрямованості людства до самознищення. Наголошено на дистанційному навчанні, що має низку переваг у порівнянні з традиційним навчанням: передові освітні технології, доступність джерел інформації, індивідуалізація навчання, зручна система консультування, демократичні стосунки між студентом і викладачем, зручний графік та місце роботи. Зроблено висновок, що майбутня освітня система України має бути спроектована таким чином, щоб сприяти якнайшвидшому звільненню освітянської спільноти від старого догматичного освітянського мислення і формуванню нового, критичного, правового, економічного, політичного та екологічного мислення.

The forecast forecast of conditions of development of educational business in Ukraine taking into account changes in technics, technologies, social sphere is given. Unsolved problems in Ukraine regarding the modernization and improvement of the education system are highlighted. The need for further improvement of Ukrainian education was emphasized. The main purpose of education of the future is formulated. The necessary conditions for the successful development of education in the future are highlighted. The role and place of the key figure of the teacher in the education of the future is determined. It turns out that the education of the future is an innovative education, the essence of which is that it is carried out through the constant introduction of new. The main goal of innovative education is the preservation and development of human creativity. The need to introduce innovative processes in the entire educational space of Ukraine is determined by the challenges of time, civilizational changes of a planetary nature, which consist in rapid, accelerating changes in all spheres of human life, in expanding and deepening globalization and localization processes, in the dangerous orientation of humanity. Emphasis is placed on distance learning, which has a number of advantages over traditional learning: advanced educational technologies, availability of information sources, individualization of learning, convenient counseling system, democratic relations between student and teacher, convenient schedule and place of work. It is concluded that the future educational system of Ukraine should be designed in such a way as to facilitate the liberation of the educational community from the old dogmatic educational thinking and the formation of new, critical, legal, economic, political and environmental thinking.
