Формування комунікативних умінь у майбутнього соціального працівника засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовуються психолого-педагогічні ідеї, спрямовані на якісну підготовку майбутнього соціального працівника. Особлива увага у визначеному контексті приділяється дослідженню головних засад, що забезпечують цей процес. Серед значної їх кількості автори виокремлюють такі: гносеологічно-когнітивні; мотиваційно-потребнісні; рефлексивно-особистісні, що перебувають у тісній взаємодії і розвитку. Гносеологічно-когнітивні засади забезпечують процес пізнання майбутнім соціальним працівником законів, закономірностей, осмислення найбільш дієвих принципів, форм і методів щодо формування у нього комунікативних вмінь і навичок. Належне її опанування студентом у стінах закладу вищої освіти, дозволяє йому піднятися на рівень не лише душевно-духовного, психологічного стану майбутнього клієнта, а й до власного самопізнання. Мотиваційно-потребнісні засади уможливлюють пошук, з’ясування найбільш ефективних шляхів формування потреб, мотиваційної діяльності майбутнього фахівця соціальної сфери, необхідності творення взаємовідносин у системі «соціальний працівник – клієнт» на гуманістичних принципах, нормах. Рефлексивно-особистісні засади дозволяють майбутньому соціальному працівникові здійснювати самоаналіз своєї діяльності, виявляти її смисли і цінності. Доводиться, що рефлексивно особистісний компонент суттєво доповнюється інтернальністю. Це означає, що особистість активно виявляє себе у процесі здійснення відповідальних дій. Отже, індивід дотримується такої життєвої позиції, що б, і як я не робив, за все несу особисту відповідальність. Ні середовище, ні жодна ситуація не можуть виправдати мої хибні дії, вчинки. Доводиться, що надзвичайно важливу роль у формуванні комунікативних умінь майбутнього соціального працівника виконують інформаційно-комунікаційні технології (ІКТ), котрі все більше опановують і розвивають культурно-освітній простір.

The article substantiates psychological and pedagogical ideas aimed at qualitative preparation of a future social worker. In the given context, particular attention is paid to the study of the main principles that underpin this process. Among a considerable number of them, the author distinguishes the following principles: epistemological-cognitive; motivational and consumption; reflexive and personal being in close interaction and development. Epistemological and cognitive principles provide future social worker with the process of knowing the laws, regularities, understanding the most effective principles, forms and methods of the formation of his communicative skills. Its properly mastering within the walls of the higher educational institution allows student to rise not only to the mental-spiritual, psychological state of the future client, but also to his own self-knowledge. Motivational and consumption principles make it possible to search and find out the most effective ways of forming needs, motivational activity of the future specialist of the social sphere, the need to create relationships in the system "social worker-client" based on humanistic principles and norms. Reflexive and personal principles allow future social workers to carry out self-analysis of their activity, to identify its meanings and values. It is proved that the reflexively personal component is significantly complemented by internality. This means that the individual strongly manifests himself in the process of responsible actions. Therefore, the individual maintains such a life position in which whatever he does and the way he does it, everything is his personal responsibility. Neither the environment nor any other situation can justify his wrong decisions and actions. The author proves that information and communication technologies, which are increasingly mastering and developing the cultural and educational space, play an extremely important role in the process of communicative skills formation of the future social worker.
