Пізнавально-синкретична складова в підготовці майбутніх вихователів до розвитку соціальної обдарованості дітей

Abstract

Обґрунтовано необхідність здійснення психолого-педагогічного супроводу обдарованих дітей у закладі освіти фахівцями з відповідною компетентністю. Виокремлено перспективні напрями спеціальної підготовки майбутніх педагогів до розвитку обдарованості дітей. Визначено систему знань, якими повинні оволодіти майбутні педагоги обдарованих дітей.

In the article the necessity of carrying out specialists with the corresponding competence of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children in the institution of education is proved. The importance of preparing future educators for the development of giftedness of children as a separate direction of professional pedagogy is substantiated. The scientific research devoted to separate aspects of the formation of gifted children’s teacher is generalized. It is determined that such work in institutions of higher pedagogical education has not yet become complex. Authors define definitions of “preparation of future specialists of preschool education for the development of children’s social giftedness” and “professional and pedagogical activity on the development of social giftedness” are presented. The value of the cognitive-syncretic component of such training is shown. The assimilation by future pedagogues of talented children of scientific and methodical principles of giftedness is defined as the basis for acquiring practical skills and developing the professional qualities of future educators of gifted children, an obligatory element of special competence. A circle of knowledge about giftedness and social giftedness, which should be mastered by future teachers of gifted children, is outlined. The psychological and pedagogical disciplines are defined, the contents of their programs should be supplemented with themes or questions about the essence of various types of giftedness and the specificity of creating conditions for the development of special abilities and giftedness, including social. The necessity and possibility of introducing special courses aimed at studying various aspects of working with gifted children is shown.

Обоснована необходимость осуществления психолого-педагогического сопровождения одаренных детей в учебном заведении специалистами с соответствующей компетентностью. Выделены перспективные направления специальной подготовки будущих педагогов к развитию одаренности детей. Определена система знаний, которыми должны овладеть будущие педагоги одаренных детей.
