Формування здоров'язберігаючої копетентності студентів вищих технічних навчальних закладів засобами фізичного виховання
Abstract
У дисертації з’ясовано стан розробленості проблеми формування
здоров’язберігаючої компетентності студентів технічних ЗВО, уточнено ключові
поняття дослідження. Визначено критерії, показники та рівні сформованості
здоров’язберігаючої компетентності студентів засобами фізичного виховання.
Розроблено й апробовано модель формування здоров’язберігаючої компетентності
студентів на заняттях з фізичного виховання. Обґрунтовано та експериментально
перевірено ефективність моделі та методики реалізації педагогічних умов
формування здоров’язберігаючої компетентності студентів засобами фізичного
виховання з урахуванням специфіки професійної діяльності студентів технічних
напрямів підготовки. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації для підвищення
ефективності процесу формування здоров’язберігаючої компетентності майбутніх
фахівців інженерних спеціальностей.
Основні результати дослідження впроваджено в освітній процес технічних
ЗВО. В диссертации выяснено состояние разработанности проблемы формирования
здоровьесберегающей компетентности студентов высших технических учебных
заведений, уточнены ключевые понятия исследования. Определены критерии,
показатели и уровни сформированности здоровьесберегающей компетентности
студентов средствами физического воспитания. Разработана и апробирована
модель формирования здоровьесберегающей компетентности студентов на
занятиях по физическому воспитанию. Обоснованы и экспериментально
проверены эфективность модели и методики реализации педагогических условий
формирования здоровьесберегающей компетентности студентов средствами
физического воспитания с учетом специфики профессиональной деятельности
студентов технических направлений подготовки. Предложены практические
рекомендации для повышения эффективности процесса формирования
здоровьесберегающей компетентности будущих специалистов инженерных
специальностей.
Основные результаты исследования внедрены в образовательный процесс
технических ЗВО Thesis researches the conditions for educational environments favoring the formation
of health saving competence for students of technical IHE by physical education, studies
the development of the current model together with the implementation of the
corresponding educational environment into the educational process and presents the
experimental verification of the authors courseware in technical IHE.
Health saving competence for students of technical IHE is being considered as both,
internally and externally motivated system for students activities during the physical
education classes as well as at the extracurricular level. The relevance of the research
proceeds from the assumption of the specific risks and unfavorable ecological conditions
of educational, educational and practical, as well as manufacturing activities of the future
technical specialists.
The thesis describes the latest educational, informational, man-made and other
conditions, which act as a background for socialization, specialization and
professionalization of students in technical institutions for higher education, that are
counteracted by health protective and physical exercise activities, behavior and
consciousness, which in the optimal educational result shall be integrated into the “I-
image”.
The health saving competence in relatively finalized form shall reveal itself in self-
regulation and optimal choice of moving activities and psycho-hygiene during the
processes of training, education, manufacturing activities and outside of them.
The theoretical base of the generated hypotheses, appropriately organized and
amended educational environment which shall form the health saving competence of
students in technical institutions for higher education by physical training, is formed by
fundamental works of the outstanding theoreticians and Methodists in pedagogy of
higher school, physical education and health lifestyle, in particular.
The thesis substantiates and develops the theory and methodic for the implementation
of the number of pedagogical conditions, aimed at the formation of the health saving
competence, namely: optimization of organizational and interactive educational
activities of those, involved n educational process; stimulation of independent and self-
incentive forms of educational activities; changing the educational content of the subject
“Physical training” with the consideration of professional peculiarities of technical
students and their activities.
Providing the meaning of the content, with further implementation of the above
pedagogical conditions, it had been proved that the increase in instructional time for the
subject of “Physical training” aimed at formation of the expected competence from
motivational and organizational component to the movement and activity-orientated
component is an effective method for the formation of the health saving competence.
The teacher has to prognosticate, feel and control the dynamics of motivational and
value-oriented sphere as well as increase in physical indexes in order to minimize the
destructive factors.
The paper proves that the stimulation of the independent and self-initiated forms of
educational activities of technical students may be achieved by transparent pedagogically
oriented communication, acts of trust delegation, variability of educational process, self-
organization of personal space for activities, which favor the creation of professional and
physical exercise (body) “I-image”.
The paper reveals, that the base for the adaptation of the subject content “Physical
training” to the professional peculiarity of technical students must be on the one hand the
natural need in movement activities, and on the other – students orientation towards the
material and physical assumption of the existence as well as the need in avoiding
professional danger (physical inactivity, work with electronics, mechanisms etc.).
In activity measurement, the acquisition of health saving competence by technical
students comprises the range of psychological phenomena: ranging from medical-
gymnastic self-care, organization of physical training and manufacturing pauses,
ergonomic manufacturing environment etc. to the need in constant physical activities and
self-regulation skills.
The above results allow to recommend the described educational environment and
the model for the implementation into the educational process in technical institutions
for higher education.
