Педагогічна система формування конфліктологічної культури в майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене розробці та реалізації педагогічної системи формування конфліктологічної культури в процесі підготовки майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей. Науково обґрунтовано та визначено поняття «конфліктологічна культура майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей», розглянуто зарубіжний досвід та сучасні наукові підходи до формування конфліктологічної культури. Розроблено та аргументовано концептуальні основи формування конфліктологічної культури. Виокремлено та обґрунтовано компоненти конфліктологічної культури у майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей (мотиваційно-професійний, особистісно-адаптивний, когнітивно-креативний, культурологічний, оцінний), визначено стан їх сформованості. Доведено ефективність сформованості конфліктологічної культури в майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей у процесі гуманітарної підготовки. Обґрунтовано педагогічні умови та розроблено структурно-функціональну модель формування конфліктологічної культури майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей. Для ефективності формування конфліктологічної культури в майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей запропоновано авторські методики навчання та навчально-методичного забезпечення. Експериментально перевірено та підтверджено методами математичної статистики ефективність запропоновано педагогічної системи формування конфліктологічної культури в майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей.

Диссертационное исследование посвящено разработке и реализации педагогической системы формирования конфликтологической культуры в процессе подготовки будущих специалистов технических специальностей. Научно обосновано и определено понятие «конфликтологическая культура будущих специалистов технических специальностей», рассмотрен зарубежный опыт и современные научные подходы к формированию конфликтологической культуры. Разработаны и аргументированы концептуальные основы формирования конфликтологической культуры. Выделены и обоснованы компоненты конфликтологической культуры у будущих специалистов технических специальностей (мотивационно-профессиональный, личностно-адаптивный, когнитивно-креативный, культурологический, оценивающий) и определено состояние их сформированности. Согласно критериям, показателям и уровням оценки доказана эффективность сформированности конфликтологической культуры у будущих специалистов технических специальностей в процессе гуманитарной подготовки. Обоснованы педагогические условия и разработана структурно-функциональная модель формирования конфликтологической культуры будущих специалистов технических специальностей. Для эффективности формирования конфликтологической культуры у будущих специалистов технических специальностей предложены авторские методики обучения и учебно-методическое обеспечение. Экспериментально проверено и подтверждено методами математической статистики эффективность предложенной педагогической системы формирования конфликтологической культуры у будущих специалистов технических специальностей.

Dissertation research is dedicated to the development and implementation of the pedagogical system for forming a conflictological culture in the process of training of the future specialists with technical specialties. The term «conflictological culture of a personality» as well as «conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialities» has been scientifically substantiated and defined. Conflictological culture of the personality is seen as a culture combining the knowledge (doctrine) about the conflict and culture directed towards the ability to use them on practice which also provides skills for forecasting, anticipating, preventing and actualizing conflict resolution in different life situations, the ability to adapt to the conflictogenic environment based on the cultural and societal experience. Conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialties is seen as a component of professionally important qualities for professional competence acquired in the process of studying at higher educational institutions. The following problematic aspects were singled out in the process of formation of the conflictological culture at technical institutions of the higher education: humanities-oriented, socially oriented (professional marginalization) and psychological (assertive) aspect. In the course of the development of methodological and conceptual provisions for forming the conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialties, the importance of hierarchy and intercommunication between all the components was confirmed, with each of those components creating a hierarchical triangle. Singling out the elements which include those components lead to the idea to create a scientific and methodological tetrahedron for forming a conflictological culture of the future specialists. Based on this idea, the triangles forming a tetrahedron include conceptual provisions as a base and general principles, pedagogical approaches and functions as a lateral surface area of the tetrahedron. The analysis of competences of the graduates of secondary schools and higher educational establishments gives an opportunity to single out and substantiate the components of the conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialties, which include the following components: motivational and professional, person-oriented and adaptive, cognitive and creative, culturological and evaluative ones. The following components of the conflictological culture were accepted as criteria for forming the conflictological culture of the future specialists: motivational and professional, psychological, cognitive and creative, culturological and evaluative ones. According to the criteria and indexes, five levels of formedness of the conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialties were defined: constitutive (forming a basis), theoretical (initial), practical (basic), creative (medium, entrance level) and scientific (high) level. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodical sources of the educational experience, the essence of the concept of the pedagogical system for forming the conflictological culture as a combination of all important elements (forms, educational methods, principles, functions, concepts, pedagogical conditions) of the conflictological culture was determined and their interrelation and systemic implementation can be traced. The functions of the pedagogical system include systematization, hierarchicity, accessibility, integrativity and cognitivity. The proposed pedagogical system for forming the conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialties consists of the following blocks (subsystems): theoretical and conceptual, methodical and didactical, evaluative and resultative ones which are interrelated and their functioning is determined by pedagogical conditions. Author’s scientific and methodical support of the implementation of the pedagogical system for forming a conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialities in the process of studying the humanities was created. The following methods turned out to be effective for in-class learning: lectures, among them author’s own method of an introductive lecture, lectures/concerts combined with verbal log-book, visual lectures, lectures combined with artistic means; practical classes: author’s methods of teaching in the form of a game called «To get to know a topic» which included an exercise in the form of a game, a discussion in the form of a game and a situation in the form of a game as well as a game called «A trip to the test», a class with elements of trainings, on the example of exercises «Express», «T-shirts», «Conflict behaviour», «Honorary diplomas»; use of tests to deepen the knowledge on the topic. The developed pedagogical system for forming the conflictological culture in the future specialist with technical specialties is seen as a subsystem of the humanities-oriented training which is indispensable for full-fledged professional formation of a graduate and is included into the system of professional training at technical institutions of higher education. The efficiency of the developed pedagogical system for forming the conflictological culture of the future specialists with technical specialties was verified experimentally using the methods of mathematical statistics (Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) with 95% accuracy of the results.
